Terms of Payment and Booking for Pitch at Vadstena Motorhome Parking

These terms apply between NIJK AB and the person who, either personally or through another person, books/pays for a pitch at Vadstena Motorhome Parking.

The person booking/paying is referred to as "Customer" in these terms. The provider is referred to as "NIJK AB", "We", or "Vadstena Motorhome Parking". The booking/payment applies to the rental of a pitch at Vadstena Motorhome Parking. Customers/guests at Vadstena Motorhome Parking are required to follow NIJK AB's "Rules and Regulations", this document is available in its entirety at www.bokavadstena.se/stallplats

Customers/guests who do not adhere to these regulations, NIJK AB staff have the right to evict from the premises.

Booking and Payment

Booking and Payment for Individuals

To book & pay for a pitch on the website "bokavadstena.se", the customer must be at least 18 years old. To complete the payment of the fee, a bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankID and Swish) is required. All fees are in SEK and include VAT.

Booking of Pitch

It is not allowed to use the pitch with a caravan or tent.

The price includes pitch rental, booking fee, and connection (including consumption) of electricity (10 amperes) if chosen.

All pitches are booked from 14:00 to 14:00.

Payment & Booking Confirmation

Payment/Booking Confirmation

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, it should be checked to ensure that all information is correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/orderer to ensure that the information on the booking confirmation is correct. Booking confirmation is sent via email and as a text message (SMS). In case of any errors, NIJK AB should be contacted within 7 days from the receipt of the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.

Payment of Booking

Payment is made immediately, even when booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation of Booked Pitch

Cancellation can only be made by opening your booking confirmation and clicking on "Cancel Pitch". Cancellations made < 48 hours before the start of the booking are non-refundable.

Breach of Contract

Breach of Contract

This is an agreement made between the customer (orderer) and NIJK AB. The agreement ceases to be valid immediately if:

If a breach of contract occurs, the customers/guests in the party must immediately vacate the area. In case of destruction or disruptive behavior, compensation may be demanded from the customer.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, and other events deemed as force majeure, NIJK AB may terminate the agreement, whereupon the customer with guests must be promptly notified. NIJK AB is obliged to refund the amount paid, except for the benefit derived from the site.
